RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns on change of mind items for 30 days after purchase. Products must be unused, in new condition and returned in its original packaging. Northern Olive will not be responsible for shipping costs for returning your product. In these circumstances please remember that our mailers are reusable. Should you change your mind on your purchase please contact us at info@northernolive.com to initiate this process. 

Unfortunately after 30 days of purchase, we are unable to provide a return, replacement or refund. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED 

Should a product be faulty or damaged, we will happily send you a replacement or refund. In the unlikely circumstance that this occurs please contact us on receiving your order at info@northernolive.com. We will request photos and description of the faulty goods and arrange your replacement/refund as appropriate. 

FINAL SALE

Please note we do not provide change of mind returns of items labelled as Final Sale.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Please note: As per our Shipping and Delivery Policy when shipping internationally, our postage charge and final transaction at checkout does not include any potential import tax or duty fees that may be applied by customs in the country where the parcel is delivered to. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to delivery. 
Should the parcel not be able to be delivered due to the recipient not wanting to pay these fees, or should the parcel be returned to us due to incorrect address and information or non collection from a depot, you will receive a refund of your original order amount LESS inbound and outbound freight costs and a $30.00 (AUD) processing fee. 

SECONDS AND SAMPLE WAREHOUSE SALE 

Returns are not accepted on items from the Second and Sample Warehouse Sale, except in cases where the item is defective and cannot be used as intended.
